Peer Review Process

de Partial Journal implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic rigor, objectivity, and integrity of each article. Every manuscript submitted undergoes evaluation by a minimum of two anonymous reviewers through the following stages:

1. Submission

The author submits the manuscript via the Open Journal Systems (OJS). To accommodate technical limitations, the journal temporarily accepts submissions via email.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

The editor assesses the manuscript’s relevance to the journal's scope, structure compliance with author guidelines, and general academic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements may be returned or rejected.

3. Plagiarism Check

Each submission is screened using Turnitin. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% are returned to the author for revision before further review.

4. Editorial Board Evaluation

The Editor-in-Chief and editorial board review the manuscript for originality, significance, and research quality. Eligible manuscripts proceed to the peer review stage.

5. Reviewer Assignment

Three qualified reviewers are selected based on expertise and lack of conflict of interest. The double-blind review ensures that neither authors nor reviewers know each other’s identities.

6. Peer Review Process

Reviewers assess the manuscript’s scientific contribution, methodological soundness, relevance, and clarity. They recommend one of the following:

  • Accept
  • Accept with minor revisions
  • Accept with major revisions
  • Reject

All comments are sent anonymously to the author for revision.

7. Review Evaluation

The editorial board considers all reviewer comments. If recommendations significantly differ, a fourth reviewer may be invited. Final decisions are made in an editorial board meeting.

8. Decision Communication

The editor communicates the decision and reviewer feedback to the author. Authors have a maximum of 20 days to submit revisions. Late submissions are treated as new manuscripts.

9. Revision and Final Check

For major revisions, a second round of peer review may be conducted. Minor revisions are reviewed directly by the editor. Once accepted, the manuscript proceeds to copyediting and layout editing.

10. Publication

Accepted articles are published online and made freely available under the dyoqu license.
