Withdrawal of Manuscript
Authors are generally not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts unless there are compelling reasons. Manuscript withdrawal is discouraged as it wastes valuable resources, including the time and effort invested by editors, reviewers, and the publisher in processing the submission.
If an author insists on withdrawing their manuscript, they must complete and submit an "Article Withdrawal Form," signed by all authors or the corresponding author. The form should clearly state the reasons for the withdrawal request. Authors should not assume their manuscript has been withdrawn until they receive formal confirmation from the editorial office. For the "Article Withdrawal Form," please contact sshr.dyoqu@gmail.com.
It is considered unethical to withdraw a manuscript from one journal if it has already been accepted by another journal.
