Journal of Nutrition and Public Health [e-ISSN: 3123-5654] is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing original research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual papers in the fields of nutrition and public health. The journal's scope includes community nutrition, clinical nutrition, food safety, food and nutrition policy, health promotion, community-based interventions, as well as the social and environmental determinants of health. Journal of Nutrition and Public Health aims to serve as a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, health practitioners, and policymakers to share research findings and innovations that contribute to improving nutritional status and public health, particularly in developing countries and tropical regions such as Indonesia.
